1. General Provisions

This Privacy Policy defines the procedure for processing and protecting information about users of the Anomaly Zone project, including the website https://anomaly-zone.net, game servers, game clients, and other related services (hereinafter referred to as the "Service").

By using the Service, the User agrees to this Privacy Policy.

2.1. As part of the operation of the Service, the following User data may be processed:

  • name, username, or other information voluntarily provided by the User in their profile, messages, or Service forms;

2.2. The Administration does not collect special categories of personal data, biometric personal data, data contained in identity documents, or any other information that is not necessary for the operation of the Service.

2.3. The User independently determines the amount of information they publish within the Service and is responsible for its publication.

The Administration processes data solely for the following purposes:

5.1. This Policy may be amended or terminated by the Administration unilaterally without prior notice to the User. The new version of the Policy becomes effective upon its publication within the Service unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Policy.

6. Recommendation Technologies

The Service does not use third-party recommendation technologies that perform personalized selection of content, goods, services, or advertising materials based on analysis of User behavior.
