Fix bugs on Steam-server.

Dear players ! 
09/15/16 at 5:00 Moscow time on the Steam server the following bugs will be fixed.
Fixed: 
- Entrance to the Grey world 
- Loss of objects 
- Inability to get objects from the warehouse and from the safes.
 - Sounds 
- On the PvE server PvP- zone will be only at the bases and fortifications
