Answers to frequently asked questions
Stalkers!
We've recently received a large number of questions regarding upcoming changes to the economic system, the project's further development, and plans for future updates.
We're closely monitoring your feedback and want to answer the most frequently asked questions.
Changing the economic model
As part of the project's further development, the economic model will be revised. We're changing the direction of the progression and exchange systems to make equipment acquisition more understandable, balanced, and accessible for all players.
As part of the first phase of changes, exchanges for Tier 2 and 3 equipment will be completely removed, and the AK-107 assault rifle acquisition system will be modified.
What will happen to the spare parts kits for the AK-74, Stabilization 74, and AK-107 modifications?
All previously purchased kits can be returned to the same NPC from whom they were purchased for a full refund.
What will happen to the AK-74 → AK-74M → MST → AK-107 exchange line?
This trade line will be removed. However, players will retain any weapons they've already acquired.
Assault rifles from this line can be turned in to vendors for a certain number of trade points, which can be used for further development. For example, an AK-74 purchased at Gourmet can be turned in at Imarka for a portion of the required trade points.
Will there be new ways to earn trade points?
Yes. New ways to earn trade points will be available from key merchants of each faction.
What are the Vesuvius, Guide, and Shell artifacts now used for?
Currently, these artifacts are still used for exchange for the APP, Crow Forest, and SVD. Their purpose remains unchanged.
Will the remaining exchanges be removed in the future?
Yes. Going forward, we plan to completely phase out the artifact-based equipment exchange system.
The transition will be implemented in stages to allow players sufficient time to complete existing exchanges and gather the necessary resources.
What are the advantages of the new economic system?
The new economic model makes obtaining relevant equipment accessible to all players, regardless of whether they play solo or in a group.
Furthermore, this system allows for more precise control and balancing of the game economy, ensuring its stability and laying the foundation for the project's further development.
What is the purpose of the reputation that players have been increasing now?
Reputation still retains its value. However, it will now be used not for trades, but as one of the requirements for purchasing certain items from merchants.
Important!!! This change will be added in the very next update on August 13, 2026. After this update, exchanges will be unavailable.
