A device designed by Dr. Eisenstein to derive from artifacts positive charges which can accumulate in condenser. Unfortunately, experience shows that only the highest charges can accumulate. If an artifact has weakened fields its power may not be enough to fully charge the condenser. Used for accumulation of charges derived from artifacts.
